​​​​​​​To register for our 2025 Winter-Spring Session, please follow this registration procedure:

 

• Please complete the online registration form  or complete the printable form in the links above.

• Sign the Release and Waiver of Liability  and Indemnity Agreement in person at the studio on the first day of class.

• Submit the forms, along with the registration payment of $30 per person or $50 per family (siblings only), at the beginning of the first class on January 8, 2025 to be eligible for participation. For registration payments, cash is preferred, but registration payments may also be paid  electronically by Zelle/Paypal/Venmo at 607-206-2956 (Sheryl Mondock) or by check (made payable to Sheryl Mondock).
